Along with Windows 10 (19H1) build 18305 for Windows Insiders in the Fast Ring, Microsoft released some improvements to the Windows Security app for Windows 10. The Windows Security app will now have a new Protection History experience which will give you details about threats and available actions along with the detections by Windows Defender Antivirus.

With this, it also added Controlled folder access blocks to history, along with any blocks which are made through organizational configuration of Attack Surface Reduction Rules. Users will also be able to see pending recommendations in red or yellow states in the history list. You can find this under Windows Security | Virus & Threat Protection | Current threats | Threat history.
